What I miss about old school music is the songwriting skills and musicianship. Back in the day, they told stories about true love, heartache, family, and happiness.
I miss hearing old school artist actually play musical instruments and putting all their heart, feeling and soul into their playing. This is what made funk, soul and rock the great music that it was and what it is and what it will always be to me. Let bring back the real musicians and true songwriters.
